When we rest in God’s ability to see all things through to completion, we experience peace.
When we choose to trust God and take Him at His word, we can feel at peace.
When we wait on him to tell us what to pray instead of frantically trying to micromanage life by begging Him to do what we want, peace flood into us.
When we wait on God, when we keep choosing to trust, when we keep seeking peace and pursing it, we will find it!!!!
Three ways believing God help us have peace:

build trust
change your perspective

Did you know that being made in the creative image of God means that you have been designed with the capacity to create and innovate. You have the ability to imagine, design, and bring into existence things that have never existed before.
Creating isn’t just about art. Creativity is the ability to use your imagination, to generate ideas, concepts, and solutions to problems. It’s also the ability to combine existing ideas and use them in new ways. Yes, creativity certainly is expressed through art, music, and literature, but creativity also shows up in science, technology, and business.
I think the ability to create has been stifled because we often consider the artists and decorators and crafty people to be the most creative, but that’s just not true. WE are all creative beings with the capacity to use our imagination and bring forth goodness into the world around us.

In my experience, people feast and consume more than they express and create.
We are encouraged to be consumers instead of creators, but we were created to create!
But what if we create something and it doesn't look spiritual enough? What if people think we aren't serious about Jesus? What if we put something out there that isn't biblically sound or theologically correct?

Anxiety is so very powerful. It can shut us down and keep us stuck in life, but it can also help us launch forward into a more fulfilling life, the abundant life God wants us to be free to live.
If we are serious about living a peaceful life, we must get really intentional about improving our mindset and well-being. With lots of practice, patience, and grace for ourselves, we can approach this powerful anxiety with compassion and understanding instead of fear and avoidance.

Today we are talking about the battle of good and evil and how evil wants to keep us trapped in our fear and worry, but how good wants to set us free and give us victory. The powers of darkness send triggers to freeze us up and keep us stuck, but the powers of goodness, takes those triggers and uses them as invitations to confess our struggle and ask God for help.
If you're experiencing anxiety, big hugs. You can't go around it, you gotta go through it, but there is ONE who will walk through it with you and heal you along the way, giving you an inner peace that passes all understanding.
