008 // Staying busy to distract from the emotional pain of loneliness? 3 tips on being still so you can heal.
Have you heard the advice to keep busy while grieving? To keep yourself occupied so you don’t overthink? To do whatever you can to distract yourself from the pain of heartbreak, loneliness, and grief?
Well, it’s the advice that is given out a lot, but in my personal experience in my own journey, as well as watching others navigate grief and being lonely in relationships, I think it is terrible advice.
Today we are going to talk about ways to be still so you can heal from the inside out.
